Eat Petite

Eat Petite is a name I came up with simply because I fall into the shorter category of human beings. Yes, I’m 5 ft 2. I’m a tiny person and I love to eat! The recipes on Eat Petite are primarily macro friendly choices for the health conscious (with some exceptions of course). My recipes are all plant-based and I try to keep processed ingredients to a minimum.

About Me

I created Eat Petite after being inspired by my weight loss. In May 2015 I weighed 14 stone! In a year I managed to shift over 3 stone. I am currently still a little overweight but through healthy diet and exercise I am slowly but surely battling the chub! I aim to inspire others to make the switch and incorporate plant-based meals and exercise into their daily routine.
