Overnight oats are a great breakfast which you can prepare in advance (obviously!). This recipe uses creamy coconut and fresh mango served up with a punch of passionfruit. These oats are easy to make and they’re seriously tasty.
Mango Passion Overnight Oats

- 2 Fresh Passionfruit
- 1 Medium Mango
- 300ml Alpro Coconut-Almond Milk – (or sub any plant milk)
- 40g Chopped Dates
- 30g Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 90g Oats
- Take a mason jar, clip top jar or tupperware to prepare the oats. Into your preferred container pour in the oats, milk, coconut and chia seeds. Close the lid and give it good shake to combine all of the ingredients. Refrigerate over night.
- The next morning the oats should have nicely absorbed the milk, the chia seeds really helps this along as well, pour the oats into two bowls.
- Top the oats with dates, mango pieces and serve with a passion fruit per serving.
