Is it breakfast or dessert? Trick question, it’s both really, whatever you fancy! This tasty delight contains no added sugar, all of the sweetness comes from the fruit and maple. PB fit adds a little hit of protein making this a balanced breakfast.
PB & J Shake
Nutrition – A balanced breakfast, a little heavy on the carbs but great before a workout!
Calories: 275 Carbs: 48g Protein: 11g Fat: 5g
- 2 Tbsp PB Fit – (or sub peanut butter but it will add a little extra fat)
- 150ml Soya Milk – (or sub any plant milk)
- 1 Frozen Medium Banana
- 150g Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
- Serve up in your favourite glass and enjoy!
