This smoothie bowl is creamy with a swirl of sweetness, the two smoothie combinations work together perfectly to make this a super satisfying breakfast or leave it in the freezer for a while to make a delicious healthy ice-cream alternative. Either way, you’re going to love this one.

Strawberries & Cream Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Nutrition

Calories: 410   Carbs: 89g   Protein: 10g   Fat: 4.5g

Ingredients

Creamy banana smoothie:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 100ml Coconut Water
  • 100g Vegan Yogurt (I’m using Alpro Go)

Strawberry smoothie:

  • 100g Frozen Strawberries
  • 100ml Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Toppings:

  • 3 Strawberries
  • Sprinkle of coconut
  • 1/3 Banana – Sliced

Method

  1. Simply take all ingredients for the creamy part of our smoothie and whizz in a blender until smooth.
  2. Repeat step one with the ingredients for the strawberry part of our smoothie.
  3. Pour the banana smoothie into a bowl followed by the strawberry smoothie.
  4. Top with fresh strawberries, dessicated coconut and banana slices.
